OUR STORY

PULSE LAGREE WAS BORN FROM THE DESIRE TO bridge strength and serenity, TO CREATE A SPACE THAT CHALLENGES WITHOUTH OVERWHELMING, and supports without judgement.

A woman with long wavy blonde hair is sitting on a stool against a plain white wall. She is smiling and looking down. She is wearing a black crop top and black leggings, with a red and white baseball cap that reads 'Find your pulse' with additional text and a lightning bolt symbol. She has various tattoos on her arms and is wearing rings and a chain bracelet.

OUR STORY

Founded by Ashlee Fiorini, Pulse began as a vision: to bring the Lagree method to Syracuse in a way that felt elevated yet attainable, feminine yet fierce. After years of teaching, training, and dreaming, she saw a gap in the local fitness scene, women who were craving something more than just a sweat. They wanted structure, results, and a sense of belonging.

So, she built it.

Pulse is the studio where that vision came to life, where quiet ambition meets warm community, and movement becomes a ritual of self-respect. Every class, every shake, every breath is designed to help you feel both grounded and unstoppable.

Here, progress is personal. We move for strength that lasts and confidence that stays.
We move for balance. We move for us. We move for more.

The heart behind Pulse is simple: to help you find your pulse — in your body, your breath, and your life.
To create a space that feels empowering, inclusive, and alive with energy.

We move to feel stronger.
We connect to feel grounded.
We show up to find our pulse. ⚡️

Questions?

  • Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer/microformer!

  • Not at all. Our pop-ups are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way.

  • Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!

  • We’re currently offering 35-minute beginner classes to help you get familiar with the machine and movements. As the community builds and everyone finds their rhythm, we’ll transition to 50-minute full-body traditional Lagree classes.

  • Since we’re currently hosting pop-up classes, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. In extreme or unavoidable situations, please reach out directly at support@findyourpulse.co — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in.

  • 2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.

  • We’re currently popping up around the Syracuse, NY area. Locations vary, check our booking page or follow us on Instagram for the most up-to-date schedule.

  • Booking is easy! Head to our schedule, pick your location and time, and reserve your spot! Classes are small and space is limited, so book early.

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions where the trainer comes to you or you can schedule a private group class at a location of your choice. Perfect for events, wellness retreats, or just a personalized experience. Reach out to us via email and we can plan your pop-up together!
