ASHLEE
MEET YOUR COACH
FOUNDER AND CEO
Ashlee Fiorini
I’m Ashlee. Lagree instructor, wellness lover, and founder of Pulse Lagree.
I created Pulse to bring something different to Syracuse: movement that’s gentle on your joints but fierce in its results. I wanted to build a space where anyone *especially women* can come as they are, feel strong in their bodies, and walk out feeling more connected to themselves and their community.
I don’t have a studio (yet) but I do have a mission:
To create 50-minute moments where we sweat, grow, and remember how powerful we really are.
This is more than a workout. It’s a movement.
And I’m so glad you’re here.

Questions?
-
Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer/microformer!
-
Not at all. Our pop-ups are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way.
-
Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!
-
We’re currently offering 35-minute beginner classes to help you get familiar with the machine and movements. As the community builds and everyone finds their rhythm, we’ll transition to 50-minute full-body traditional Lagree classes.
-
Since we’re currently hosting pop-up classes, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. In extreme or unavoidable situations, please reach out directly at support@findyourpulse.co — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in.
-
2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.
-
We’re currently popping up around the Syracuse, NY area. Locations vary, check our booking page or follow us on Instagram for the most up-to-date schedule.
-
Booking is easy! Head to our schedule, pick your location and time, and reserve your spot! Classes are small and space is limited, so book early.
-
Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions where the trainer comes to you or you can schedule a private group class at a location of your choice. Perfect for events, wellness retreats, or just a personalized experience. Reach out to us via email and we can plan your pop-up together!
