PULSE LAGREE WAS BORN FROM THE DESIRE TO bridge strength and serenity, TO CREATE A SPACE THAT CHALLENGES WITHOUTH OVERWHELMING, and supports without judgement.

OUR PULSE

Pulse was created by Ashlee Fiorini with one intention: to bring a new standard of wellness home to Syracuse. After studying Health Science and Nutrition, and spending years in the wellness space, Ashlee felt a gap back home — we needed more. Structure, real results, and a community that felt like home.

When she discovered the Lagree method, everything clicked. It was the balance she had been searching for: intensity without impact, strength with softness, and a mind-body connection that stays with you long after class ends. She knew Syracuse needed this. A space that felt elevated, feminine, and deeply supportive.

Pulse is that space. A studio built for people who want to feel strong, grounded, and connected. Every class is designed to help you tune in, push limits, and find your pulse —> in your body, your breath, and your life.

 FAQs

  • Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer/microformer!

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way. Just make sure to come 15 minutes early for a demo of the micro!

  • Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!

  • We have both 50-minute classes (which you will see mostly) or a 35-minute mid-day lunch break class. All classes will be full body!

  • We get it — life happens!
    You can cancel any class 10+ hours before start time with no fee.

    If you cancel inside that 10-hour window, there’s a $10 late cancel fee.
    If you don’t show, it’s a $20 no-show fee.

  • For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in. If you happen to run late, let us know we can help you book into another class time!

  • 2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.

  • We are located at 7293 Buckley Road, North Syracuse, 13212. There is a huge parking lot!

  • Booking is easy! Just head to our Schedule page, create your account, choose your drop-in or membership, pick your class time, and reserve your spot.

    Our classes are intentionally small — only 8 spots per class — so make sure to snag yours early!

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions and private group classes at our studio — perfect for events, wellness retreats, birthdays, or just a more personalized experience.
