THE WHY BEHIND PULSE

I’m Ashlee Fiorini, founder of Pulse Lagree Fitness

a health science grad, wellness lover, and lifelong mover bringing a new kind of strength to Syracuse, NY.

I studied Health Science and Nutrition in college, and have always been drawn to holistic wellness focusing on how movement, mindset, and lifestyle work together. Since 2019, I’ve known I wanted to create something of my own in the wellness space; I just didn’t know the method until I found Lagree.

When I discovered it, everything clicked. Lagree blended everything I had been searching for: intensity without impact, discipline with softness, structure with flow. Bringing this method home to Syracuse felt natural like the next right step.

Pulse grew from my own pursuit of balance and has become a studio designed to remind people of their capability, confidence, and connection to themselves. Each 45-minute class invites you to quiet the noise, tune into your body, and rediscover your rhythm —> your pulse.

When I’m not coaching or building this community, you’ll find me with a matcha in hand, dreaming up new ways to elevate wellness in Syracuse, or spending time with the people I love xoxo

 FAQs

  • Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer/microformer!

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way. Just make sure to come 15 minutes early for a demo of the micro!

  • Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!

  • We have both 50-minute classes (which you will see mostly) or a 35-minute mid-day lunch break class. All classes will be full body!

  • We get it — life happens!
    You can cancel any class 10+ hours before start time with no fee.

    If you cancel inside that 10-hour window, there’s a $10 late cancel fee.
    If you don’t show, it’s a $20 no-show fee.

  • For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in. If you happen to run late, let us know we can help you book into another class time!

  • 2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.

  • We are located at 7293 Buckley Road, North Syracuse, 13212. There is a huge parking lot!

  • Booking is easy! Just head to our Schedule page, create your account, choose your drop-in or membership, pick your class time, and reserve your spot.

    Our classes are intentionally small — only 8 spots per class — so make sure to snag yours early!

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions and private group classes at our studio — perfect for events, wellness retreats, birthdays, or just a more personalized experience.
