FOUNDER AND CEO
Ashlee Fiorini
I’m Ashlee Fiorini, founder of Pulse Lagree Fitness, a wellness-driven visionary bringing a new kind of movement to Syracuse, NY.
A Lagree instructor, entrepreneur, and lifelong health enthusiast, I set out to create a space where strength meets intention, where movement feels powerful, results-driven, and rooted in community.
After years of balancing a corporate career with a passion for fitness, I felt a pull to bring the Lagree method home and make it accessible to the women of Syracuse. What started as a personal pursuit of balance — between hustle and stillness, strength and softness — grew into Pulse, a studio designed to remind women of their capability, confidence, and connection to self.
For me, movement has always been more than just physical. Each 50-minute class is an invitation to tune into your body, quiet the noise, and rediscover your rhythm — your pulse.
When I am not leading classes or building the Pulse community, you’ll find her with a matcha in hand, spending time with family, or dreaming up the next way to elevate wellness in Syracuse.

Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer/microformer!

Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way. Just make sure to come 15 minutes early for a demo of the micro!

Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!

We’re currently offering 35-minute & 50-minute full-body traditional Lagree classes.

We totally get that life happens! Classes can be canceled up to 10 hours before class with no fee.
If you cancel within 10 hours, there’s a $15 late cancel fee.
If you no-show, it’s a $25 fee.**Every active member gets one free late cancel or no-show per year — no questions asked!

For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in. If you happen to run late, let us know we can help you book into another class time!

2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.

We are located at 7293 Buckley Road, North Syracuse 13212. We are in the second building, up the stairs!

Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions in the studio, whenever group classes are not running. Reach out to us via email and we can plan your privates together, support@pulselagreefitness.com.
