Nope! While both use reformer-style equipment, Lagree is more intense and dynamic. It blends strength training and cardio with a constant focus on form and muscle engagement. Body-building concepts, brought to a megaformer!

Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible, especially for beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each move, offering modifications and support along the way. Just make sure to come 15 minutes early for a demonstration and tour.

Grip socks are required for safety (we’ve got some available for purchase if needed). Bring water, wear activewear, and come ready to feel the shake!

We get it — life happens!
You can cancel any class 10+ hours before start time with no fee.If you cancel inside that 10-hour window, there’s a $20 late cancel fee.
If you don’t show, it’s a $30 no-show fee.

For your safety and to respect others’ time, late arrivals are not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get set up and settled in.

2–3 classes per week is a great place to start. As you build strength and stamina, you can increase frequency based on your goals and how your body feels.

We are located at 7293 Buckley Road, North Syracuse, 13212. There is a huge parking lot!

Booking is easy! Download our app or head to our Schedule page, create your account, choose your drop-in or membership, pick your class time, and reserve your spot.
Our classes are intentionally small — only 8 spots per class — so make sure to snag yours early!

Yes! We offer 1:1 Lagree sessions and private group classes at our studio — perfect for events, wellness retreats, birthdays, or just a more personalized experience.
