Through a series of slow, controlled, and precisely sequenced movements, our trainers guide you to safely push your muscles to fatigue—where real change happens. We recommend taking this class 4–5 times per week with rest days in between for optimal results.

Fire up your glutes, strengthen your core, and embrace the shake in this focused 45-minute class. You'll target the muscles that support strength, stability, and balance while sculpting your glutes and deep core.
