THE METHOD
The Lagree Method is a full-body, low-impact workout that delivers high-intensity results through controlled movement. Using time under tension, each class strengthens and tones the body while being gentle on the joints.
Performed on the Megaformer, slow, intentional movement keeps your muscles engaged longer, creating the signature shake while improving overall functional strength.
